Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the SLHS President and CEO will manage the day-to-day operations for this high-level executive at the highest level of confidentiality. It is preferred that the incumbent has a bachelor's degree and/or over 10 years of high level functioning experience supporting a high-level executive. Proactively maintain the President and CEO's busy and fluid calendar for both personal and business. May support the Chairman of the SLHS Board of Directors on SLHS business. The incumbent will be responsible for taking the minutes for the SLHS Board of Directors meetings, the Governance Committee and Compensation Committee meetings with strict confidently. The incumbent is expected to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with the day-to-day issues along with events/problems that arise quickly. Schedule, coordinate and keep the President and CEO up-to-date on personal and professional events, meetings, and appointments. Manage professional and personal correspondence; emails, phone calls, mail, invitations, etc. Seamlessly manage travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally, accompanied by detailed itineraries. Prepare the President and CEO for professional meetings and personal events by creating agendas and presentations and may be requested to travel with the President and CEO to outside meetings/events. Represent the executive and Saint Luke's in a professional, polished, and intelligent manner. Do whatever it takes to ensure the President and CEO is prepared for all meetings and events; may include nights and weekends. Directly manage two administrative roles and have a dotted line leadership relationship to the executive assistants to the SLHS SVPs.
