Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania is the local affiliate of the country’s leading sexual and reproductive health care advocate and provider. Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania operates 10 health centers throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. Nationwide, Planned Parenthood affiliates operate more than 600 health centers, providing medical services and sexuality education for millions of individuals (adults and teens) each year. We also work with allies worldwide to ensure that all people have the right and the means to meet their sexual and reproductive health care needs.
PPSP is searching for a Vice President of Organizational Development and Culture. This position is responsible for working with internal partners to establish, align and improve organizational processes and systems to advance organizational effectiveness. This includes leadership of agency-wide employee engagement and relations efforts; enhancing hiring and onboarding processes; supporting managers in the development of employees and serving as an advisor on staff training needs and opportunities. This is a 35-hour/week, benefits-eligible position, reporting to the President and CEO. The salary range for this position is $100-$110 annually.
A Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, management, human resources, psychology or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred. Also required is a minimum of 5 years of experience developing strategies and implementing programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture; a minimum 5 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibilities; and a demonstrated ability to guide relationships, partner with key stakeholders, deliver solutions that meet organizational needs and motivate and inspire engagement at all levels.
