| Posting Summary | Under the direction of the Director of Operations and Administration, the Marketing Specialist aids in the development and execution of the marketing campaigns for undergraduate and graduate programs for the Rutgers School of Business–Camden (RSBC). The marketing campaign includes various outlets, such as paid social advertising, print collateral, and organic social media. The role will be responsible for helping to craft the overarching marketing plans for RSBC, ensuring an appropriate mix of traditional marketing and social media within the marketing strategies and campaigns, and developing social media campaigns, as well as carrying out the execution of the marketing strategy for paid advertising and organic social media daily. Further, the Marketing Specialist will track and monitor trends to ensure the distribution of marketing across outlets and programs. This position is seen as a critical component for strengthening the unit’s overarching marketing campaign to help generate revenue growth and consistent branding and visibility for RSBC. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will develop high-quality marketing materials, edit and manage the content, and oversee the marketing collateral, including drafts developed by the Graphic Designer and Student Workers. The position will also assist in managing RSBC’s website content and framework to ensure brand consistency. This position will support marketing for all graduate and undergraduate programs within the RSBC. The individual in this role will work closely with the Dean, the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, the Director of Operations and Administration, other members of RSBC staff/administration, the Rutgers–Camden Marketing team, and third parties to elevate RSBC’s presence on social media channels and aid in outreach efforts via all marketing outlets to grow enrollment.

| COVID-19 Immunization Requirement | Under Policy 60.1.35 , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated and have received a booster (where eligible) against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Prospective employees who are not eligible for a booster at the time of an offer of employment must provide proof they have received a booster within two weeks (14 calendar days) of eligibility . Based on current guidance, individuals are considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 two weeks after receiving the final dose of any COVID-19 vaccine authorized or approved for use in the United States by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Failure to provide proof of primary vaccination and booster will result in rescission of a prospective employee’s offer of employment and/or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
