As our Group Director of Marketing, Recruitment and Communications, you will be responsible for leading a compelling, insight driven marketing and recruitment strategy which effectively positions our institutions and strengthens our reputation as a world-class organisation for outstanding practice led learning. You will also lead on delivering an excellent applicant experience which informs and empowers applicants along their journey into higher education, ensuring that the distinctiveness of our curriculum offer, and wider student experience is presented in a compelling and relevant way to a diverse range of applicants.
This key role will report directly to our Group Chief Operating Officer and is part of the wider Senior Leadership Team and University Operations Board and as such, you will be expected to work collaboratively with senior colleagues to advance the aims of the university and wider group. You should be a proven leader with good standing in higher education with a focus on student marketing and recruitment. You will have experience of leading a significant change agenda, and a deep understanding of how to develop a marketing strategy across a complex service model. Able to build productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, you will have a deep-rooted commitment to providing our communities with life-changing opportunities.
