Applications are invited for appointment as Lecturer in the Division of Landscape Architecture in the Department of Architecture (Ref. 512206), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.
Applicants should have a professional degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field from a leading university. Applicants holding professional membership in a recognised professional institute, and maintaining active engagement in the professional community are preferred.
Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ full-time teaching experience at the tertiary level, or equivalent professional working experience. Preference will be given to those with demonstrated innovative interdisciplinary teaching skills, and with expertise in design, representation, fabrication and curation. The Division is keen to appoint a candidate who can enhance the Division’s focus on urban and infrastructural landscapes.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.
