Position Summary
A postdoctoral position currently available in the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department at the University of Nebraska Medical Center focused on NRP2 on tumor growth, metastasis and drug resistance of prostate cancer, as well as their microenvironment. The potential candidate is expected to perform various cell and molecular biology techniques and work with in vitro 3D co-culture and the genetically modified mouse models to evaluate the contribution of NRP2. 
Required Qualifications
PhD in scientific area
Extensive experience in cell culture, 3D culture, drug screening and florescent microscopy. 
Supplemental Qualifications
He/she should have at least 2-3 years of research experience. Strong background in biological research, and therapeutic targeting is required. Further, experience on biomaterial scaffold use, RNA-sequencing, pathological techniques and in-vivo preclinical research experience is desirable. 
A prior experience in molecular biology. 
A candidate should have publications as the first author in peer-reviewed journals.
