| Position Description |
Kota Laboratory at Harvard School of Dental Medicine
Kota Laboratory at Harvard School of Dental Medicine is seeking a motivated postdoctoral candidate to study gene expression and epigenetic regulation of skeletal diseases. Under the direction of the principal investigator, conducts a variety of routine experiments using
molecular, cell biology, biochemistry techniques and mouse colony management. Record data,
summarizes, and analyzes results using basic statistics.
Successful candidates will have a strong background and demonstrated ability in Cell biology and Molecular biological techniques including culture, maintenance of primary cells, transient and stable transfection, DNA/RNA, protein extraction and purification, standard and quantitative PCR, western blot etc). Experience in mouse colony management is required.
This position is grant funded and appointed on an annual basis.

| Basic Qualifications |
B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, life sciences or a related discipline with related work experience required.
