| Position Summary |
A Postdoctoral Research Associate is available in the lab of Professor Iqbal Ahmad (Retinal Stem Cell Biology and Regeneration Lab) in the department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, University of Nebraska Medical Center, for training in neural stem cell biology and neurodegenerative disease modeling. Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. and should have a strong background in cell and molecular biology and hands on experience in related techniques, including primary cell culture. Experience with pluripotent cells (ES and/or iPS cells) is desirable. New graduates or those having completed all formalities of graduation should apply. Applicants are being accepted online at:
