Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit |
The primary purpose of the position in the Thurston Arthritis Research Center (TARC) is to assist in research activities of ongoing projects investigating human 3D chromatin structure and the genetic basis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). The work will involve tissue culture of cancer cell lines, nucleic acid extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, and genomic library preparation (CUT&RUN, RNA-seq, etc.).

Position Summary |
The successful candidate will work closely with postdoctoral researchers in the lab to complete the goals of the project. The employee will also help support laboratory operations, management, and maintenance.
