Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
This incumbent is responsible for designing and managing multiple research projects on soybean, including mentoring and supervising undergraduate students. The focus of the research in this position will be leading foliar fungicide research on soybean. Independently analyze the research data, write reports and manuscripts. Present research at national and international conferences. Publish high impact papers in prestigious peer-review journals. Coordinate with Agronomy department and teach IPM course for undergraduate students.
Required Minimum Qualifications: PhD in Plant Pathology or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with field crop diseases, experience working with fungicides
