Job Description
The Department of Computer Science & Engineering is recruiting for a Student Level 2 position. As a student worker in this office, you will be an integral part of the department’s administrative and clerical operations to support faculty and staff. You will report to the Administrative Assistant IV of CSE.
The major duties include answering the phone calls, greeting office guests, preparing and distributing mail and packages; ordering and maintaining office supplies; maintaining financial records and files; preparing and processing purchasing card statements, processing travel requests and claims, and other duties as assigned.
Student must be a reliable self-starter who can think on his/her feet and is not afraid to ask questions.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be a student of the University of Nevada, Reno.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Customer Service experience
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Up to 14-20 hours per week.
