Full Job Description

The Associate Director of Digital Marketing supports the Director of Advertising and Digital Marketing in all digital advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives. Must have 5+ years of experience.

Under the direction of the Director of Advertising and Digital Marketing, the Associate Director of Digital Marketing serves as a champion for digital thinking and primary point person for digital initiatives. Working closely as part of a centralized marketing team, this position will lead multiple scaled projects. As part of a larger organization this position will provide insight, guidance, and leadership to business leaders within the realm of digital marketing strategy and execution. The ability to develop, execute and lead through successful implementation is critical for this role.

The role requires a creative individual who can focus on creating, implementing, testing, and reporting on UX focused web design and development. A focused approach to testing and implementing sales and marketing funnels via our digital platforms (web, email, mobile apps etc.) They will also demonstrate a history of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users.

They will also focus on creating, implementing, testing, and reporting on website traffic and usage including web traffic analytics, SEO, AdWords, search engine marketing and social networking.

They should be a proactive problem solver. Works with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Interaction with internal and external clients requires strong & effective communication & interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates must be skilled in speaking to persons of diverse social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds to interact across multiple departments.

  • At least 5 years' experience in the digital marketing space
  • Proven experience working with and examples of website UX and design
  • Familiarity with HTML and basic CSS - mostly with website CMS systems
  • Fluency with digital ad platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ad manager
  • Experience managing direct reports and vendors
  • Experience managing an annual team budget and expenses
