Looking for a Part-Time HR Clerk for the Primary Home Care Program.

The PHC HR Clerk is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of employee records and the incorporation of any updates, policies and other documents into those records. The PHC HR Clerk is responsible for the overall recruitment of the PHC program, and reports to the PHC Manager.

 

Responsibilities (not all are listed):

  • Responsible for staffing clients.
  • Work closely with Providers.
  • Updates log books and schedule sheets.
  • Prepares monthly, semi-monthly and weekly schedule for field staff (Providers) and prints/copies for distribution.
  • Ensure that Attendant schedules are complete and accurate in computer before distribution of schedules.
  • Assists in coordinating services and verifying hours worked by all employees.
  • Will be responsible for overseeing EVV call in/out system.
  • Ensures that new client services are filled promptly and scheduled into the computer system in a timely manner.
  • Prepares weekly reports on patients pending coverage with reasons and submits them to the Primary Home Care Manager.
  • Follow-up immediately within 24 hours on any discrepancies.
  • Responsible for completing the Provider Client Refusal form with dates and reasons and Provider’s signature on a timely manner.
  • Projects a concerned, professional attitude toward departmental personnel.
  • Maintains high visibility and availability while in the office.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Primary Home Care (PHC) Manager.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Electronic Visit Maintenance Software experience preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrates technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL-ENGLISH/SPANISH

  • Must have computer knowledge.
  • Must practice a high level of confidentiality and be able to effectively respond to questions from employees, managers and outside entitites.

 

Driving & Other Requirements

Must have and maintain a valid state driver license, have a registered and reliable vehicle that meets state law standards, and meets the insurance standards of company.
