Job Summary
Under the Director of the Enrollment Services/Registrar or designee, the Assistant Director of Enrollment Services is responsible for the effective management of Banner registration processes and Enrollment Services operations
Supervisory Role
Oral and written instructions are received from the Director of the Enrollment Services/Registrar, or designee. The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services may supervise professional staff, support staff, part-time workers, and student workers.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Oversees and monitors the online registration process, term setup, and registration calendar/information for updates to the College website.
2. Manages the tuition rate adjustment and ensures the accuracy of student state and county residency
3. Oversees grade reminder emails throughout the term according to the Academic Calendar
4. Assist in the preparation, collection, maintenance and reporting of aspects of the student records such as final grade submission, GPA calculations, enrollment verification, transcripts, mid-term grades, GPA calculation
5. Prepare and finalize regulatory timelines to present to the Director for accurate and timely submission i.e. final grade submission calendar, semester attendance reporting
6. Prepares enrollment and degree reports for submission to NSC (National Student Clearinghouse) and NSLDS (National Student Loan Data System)
7. Oversee the transfer credit process
8. Demonstrates knowledge of FERPA
9. Responsible for FERPA disclosure notification
10. Resolve problems regarding academic student records i.e. High School Initiative
11. Manage the admission process in compliance with established policies and procedures
12. Support operations of Enrollment Services including taking phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting students and faculty in person.
13. Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Experience (number of years), Knowledge and/or Abilities
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Demonstrated experience in enrollment services.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of Banner.
4. Ability to exercise interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with college employees and in providing quality customer service.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
7. Ability to work in a diverse environment.

1. Three or more years experience in a higher education environment.
2. Three or more years experience in college enrollment services with a working knowledge of administrative policies and practices.
3. Knowledge of CRM-Recruit, DegreeWorks
