We are currently in search of a Marketing Program Manager to join our Marketing & Creative team! The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of multiple marketing programs, campaigns, promotions and ad hoc initiatives to support the overall business needs and objectives of Feed the Children. This includes the establishment and management of project plans, timelines and teams and working with appropriate team members from all necessary functions to effectively develop, implement, evaluate, and formulate recommendations for improvement. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
5+ years of experience managing programs, campaigns, promotions, and projects within a marketing environment required
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in an ever evolving/demanding environment required
Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills required
Ability to develop creative solutions with multiple stakeholders to drive successful execution while being flexible to changing business needs required
Ability to negotiate, influence, build and maintain key relationships required
Experience in cause marketing, cobrand marketing or partnerships preferred
Experience in brand refresh and brand management preferred
Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.
Essential Functions:
Plan, develop, and implement a variety of marketing programs, campaigns, promotions and ad hoc initiatives working closely with fellow team members within marketing, communications, creative, fundraising and other functional areas within the organization.
Manage the development and execution of a broad range of marketing and communications materials across multiple channels.
Manage and enforce brand guidelines, communicate updates, consult with and provide guidance across the organization regarding brand utilization.
Assist in the development and execution of cause marketing/cobrand marketing programs and campaigns designed to increase the level of engagement with key corporate partners with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue, program reach and brand awareness.
Work closely with digital marketing, social engagement, communications & PR, and content and creative teams to seamlessly implement across multiple channels.
Project manage from beginning to end and ensure adherence to established processes, timelines, deliverables and budgets.
Proactively maintain effective communications to ensure that all relevant internal stakeholders are informed of marketing objectives, activities and results.
Develop performance objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of projects based on those pre-determined performance objectives and report results and recommendations to close the loop.
Proactively manage and maintain project tracking tools, process flows and documents, communication tools. Regularly communicates progress to key stakeholders as directed.
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality which are critical to complete the day-to-day tasks of this position.
