Duties:

The Workforce Liaison works with employers in the region to build awareness of services offered to business and industry by the SKYCTC Office of Workforce Soluitons and coordinates the marketing, design, development and delivery of customized business and industry training. He/she works with companies to assess the training needs, devlop a training plan proposal for company approval, identify and assign appropriate instructor(s), and manage the training schedule and course / project development and implementation. Other responsibilities include representing the College at community events such as chamber of commerce activities and other external partner functions throughout the College service area.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and three years related work experience. Candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work effectively on a team. Proficient computer skills are necessary.
