The organization's mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government. ABOUT THE POSITION: The Campus Leadership Project's Regional Manager is responsible for managing a team of Leadership Representatives and providing all resources necessary to ensure departmental goals are met. This includes, but is not limited to: conducting weekly meetings with your team, helping plan and execute all Campus Leadership Project Events, and overseeing all student research and outreach as it pertains to leadership initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Unmatched passion for conservative politics
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment
  • Unrelenting, positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and goal oriented
  • Self starter and self motivated
  • Punctual and very responsive
  • Ethical and responsible behavior managing budgets & corporate expense accounts
  • Innovative nature & desire to try new things
  • Undergraduate degree


“WOW!” SKILLS

  • Experience hosting large-scale events
  • Team or sales management experience
