Coordinator, School & Leadership Support

The School and Leadership Support (SLS) Coordinator reports directly to the NTN Chief Schools Officer (CSO), providing direct support to the CSO as well as a variety of projects across SLS. The Coordinator will help to develop and maintain strong systems and processes to ensure successful implementation of services to NTN schools.

LOCATION: Remote, with up to 20% travel

REPORTS TO : Chief Schools Officer


Project Support

Support communication efforts for various projects and services within SLS
Support the development, implementation, and improvement of department workflow systems and processes
Support scheduling, registration, and attendance tracking for SLS services (NTN Coach Development Program, NTN 101, NTN Deep Dive Workshops)
Support efforts to hire and assign external facilitators for NTN Deep Dive Workshops, including collaborating with the People, Culture, and Equity team on hiring consultants / contract employees
Support quality assurance efforts for SLS services, including sending participant surveys and ensuring documentation and data tracking in Salesforce
Manage distribution of NTN Practice Cards for all SLS services
Support the NTN school renewal processes, including data collection and analysis
As needed, support NT school induction event planning and logistics
Help to ensure alignment and consistency across NT events
Serve as a liaison to the Finance Team and Contract Coordinator on school contracts

Support for the CSO

Strategic calendar management for the CSO; ability to anticipate, understand priorities, reconcile conflicts easily and prioritize days accordingly
Proactively coordinate and engage with CSO and other leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
Schedule of all team meetings and associated logistics
Ensure advance distribution of materials for meetings and/or events
Plan and coordinate travel, travel itineraries, logistics, including last-minute change management
Manage filing, archiving, expense reports and reimbursements


Ability to work with little direction and independently when necessary
Ability to respond within Central and Eastern time zones
Expert on Microsoft Office Suite with balanced skills across Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as Mac, iPhone and iPad competent
Experience with Google Suite (i.e., google drive, slides, documents, etc.)
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive corporate and personal information
Must have strong critical thinking skills
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills, at the right level for the appropriate stakeholder
Must have the ability to be flexible and adaptable; ability to successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Demonstrated professionalism in working with internal and external stakeholders, especially at the executive level
Ability to successfully work remotely
High school diploma or G.E.D.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree

5+ equivalent years in an executive support role, ideally in the non-profit or education sector

Project management experience (ongoing, complex projects) and/or PMP certification

Experience in Salesforce
