Job Summary
The College of Engineering (CoE) Honors Program identifies highly talented students who demonstrate strong academic ability, intellectual curiosity, and clear potential to make a difference as leaders in their field. As the CoE Honors Academic Advisor & Record Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting these students. Reporting to the Associate Director of Honors & Engagement Programs, you will ensure that students meet the program's requirements and handle related administrative tasks.

Modes of Work
For the Winter 2025 semester, this will be an onsite position, which requires a fully onsite presence. After the Winter 2025 semester, this will be a hybrid position and can work remotely several days per week. Office space is shared with advisors alternating in-person and remote days.
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
Underfill Statement
This position may be underfilled at a lower classification depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate. Depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate, this position may be filled at the Intermediate or Associate level.
Associate level salary range: $50,000 - $54,000
Intermediate level salary range: $56,000 - $64,000

Background Screening
