We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join our Recruiting team to build sourcing strategies and create active and passive talent pipelines.
As a Senior Recruiting Sourcer...
- Your main responsibility will be sourcing, crafting and maintaining a pipeline of diverse and highly qualified passive and active candidates
- You will conduct screening calls to analyze applicants’ skills and abilities
- You will work with hiring teams and recruiters to build a sourcing strategy for some of our most difficult to fill requisitions. You will educate them on the market and sourcing strategies, and set realistic expectations.
- You’ll also have an opportunity to work with leadership to build out processes, analytics and tools that scale
- Your efforts will decrease requisition time-to-fill, as APL recruiters and hiring managers will be able to use your talent pipelines
- You will keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends
Qualifications
You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
- Have 5+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience (to include 2+ years of corporate recruiting/sourcing experience)
- Have CRM and ATS experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, human resources or related field
- Have proven experience identifying and engaging candidates with hard-to-find and/or highly sought-after skill sets
- Have experience working with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed resume data base
- Are proficient with Boolean searches
- Are proficient with building sourcing strategies
- Are a problem solver and aren’t deterred by obstacles
- Possess an ability to adapt to and work with many different hiring groups

The referenced pay range is based on JHU APL’s good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level with consideration for internal parity. For salaried employees scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week, annual salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked. APL may offer bonuses or other forms of compensation per internal policy and/or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, locality allowance or discretionary payments for exceptional performance. APL provides eligible staff with a comprehensive benefits package including retirement plans, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, education assistance, and training and development. Minimum Rate
$52,600 Annually
Maximum Rate
$142,000 Annually
