Your Role

The Cost of Healthcare finance team is responsible for driving the financial and operational aspects of meeting yearly and long-term cost of healthcare targets. The Financial Analyst, Principal will report to the Senior Director of Cost of Healthcare finance. In this role you will prepare health care cost analysis on emerging changes to cost of healthcare trends and help to explain financial performance.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
• Proficiency in financial analysis skills and knowledge of BSC's strategy and vision
• Hands on. Ability to roll up sleeves and support efforts of a small team to drive results
• Curiosity. Passionate about digging into data to identify root causes and potentially actionable drivers
• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
• High energy-clear results orientation

Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $136,400.00 to $204,600.00 for California.
