This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Instructional Support and Distance Learning. Located on the JWCC campus in Quincy, Illinois.
This position is responsible for leading the online audit process; assisting instructors with design and media materials, third party sites, accessibility requirements, emerging technologies, and ebooks; and assisting with instructional training and LMS administrative duties. This position will provide back-up for the video studio, captioning, Internet Course Exchange, and Zoom. Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required periodically.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Education, or related field is preferred. Three to five years' experience is recommended. Applicants must be experienced with a learning management system and developing courses. Excellent communication skills and computer skills are required.
