Job Summary:
The Executive Administrator will support the CEO, executive, and senior staff in execution of HGIs business strategy. The primary function of the position will be to manage projects and meetings for the executive staff and Board of Directors, review and manage business contracts and other compliance activities, and oversee special projects.

The ideal candidate will strive for continuous improvement, be comfortable working with individuals across the organization in all operational areas and can recommend policies and procedures to maximize effectiveness of staff time. This position will have a mix of recurring administrative tasks and project-based activities, so flexibility and ability to thrive in fast-changing environment is important. Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality are essential.

Essential Functions:

Executive and Office Support
Schedule and provide support for executive staff meetings and workgroups
Coordinate executive project tasks.
Ensure contracts and agreements are in good order, coordinate signatures and appropriate filing procedures for compliance-related activities
Oversee special projects and track progress towards established goals
Coordinate schedule for conference rooms and shared company vehicles
Plan, coordinate, and optimize administrative procedures and systems.

Board of Directors
Serve as executive staff liaison and recording secretary for Board of Directors.
Coordinate and provide support for Board meetings.
Provide support as needed for Board officers and members; coordinate all other Board correspondence and communication.

HGIs Mission
Acts as a Brand Ambassador for Goodwill in the community.
Understands and supports HGIs mission.

Education and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in office and executive administration.
Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with MS Teams and Office 365 preferred.
An analytical mind with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
A team player with leadership skills.
