The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine offers three dynamic MBA programs – plus PhD, specialty masters and undergraduate business degrees – that prepare business leaders for our digitally driven world. While the Merage School is relatively young, it has quickly grown to rank consistently among the top five percent of all business programs worldwide through exceptional student recruitment, world-class faculty, a strong alumni network and close relationships with both individual business executives and global corporations. The Fully Employed MBA program is a part-time program ideal for early to mid-career professionals and managers seeking to advance or redirect their careers or achieve entrepreneurial goals.

Key member of the Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) team responsible for recruiting, admitting, and enrolling students in the FEMBA Program in Fall and Spring quarters. Work under the direction of the Director of FEMBA Admissions, and general direction of the Executive Director, FEMBA Program to (1) attract the best possible candidates to UC Irvine’s FEMBA Program and (2) ensure responsive, personalized attention to prospective and admitted students. Experience making public presentations, and experience in marketing, advertising, communications, sales, and/or recruitment in a graduate or undergraduate academic or professional setting is required. Previous interviewing experience preferred.

Compensation Range:

Annually: $63,850.00 - $77,100.00

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
Ability to interpret and communicate University policies and procedures to prospective students and the public.
Ability to develop recruitment programs, and design effective materials.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with prospective students, faculty, and staff.
Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the forefront.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with schools, universities, community organizations, and other institutions. Professional demeanor, attitude, and attire.
Thorough knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population.
Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of academic programs, including curricula, admissions requirements, and financial aid programs, at colleges/universities.
Ability to make independent decisions and take appropriate action.


MBA or advanced degree and/or equivalent experience/training preferred.
Strong team orientation.
UC/UCI experience preferred Experience in high-touchpoint communication, both written and verbal.
Special Conditions Required:
Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary, periodic regional and national travel.
