Four Oaks, a transformational, forward-thinking, non-profit organization that provides innovative wraparound services to Iowa's children and their families, seeks a dynamic, innovative, and experienced executive to serve as its next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President and CEO is responsible for providing executive-level vision, administration, and oversight of all service programmatic and business components of the Four Oaks Enterprise. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate, mission-driven leader to step into the top executive role for an organization universally recognized for the best-in-class and caring services Four Oaks provides. This new President and CEO will have the opportunity, in conjunction with the Board, to develop and refine Four Oaks' strategic objectives, ensure that program goals and financial sustainability are aligned, and raise the visibility and awareness of Iowa's preeminent providers of programming to empower to children and families.
The new leader will develop and implement strategic plans, performance measurements, management controls and effectively communicate Four Oaks' vision and impact internally and externally. The new President and CEO will serve as the external voice and face of the organization and the primary advocate for increasing support from state and federal governmental agencies, foundations, donors and other collaborative partners. Identifying new funding opportunities and building capacity beyond operational grants will be a crucial function for this executive. The President and CEO will be actively engaged across all levels of the organization, as well as in the community. Creating greater clarity around the mission, communicating the success and vision for the future, while displaying the confidence and leadership qualities that will earn credibility in all interactions will be key. This President and CEO will manage and unify a committed staff, and with Board support, position Four Oaks for growth, success and continued meaningful impact.
