Serves on district-wide councils, committees, and task forces as an expert in institutional and policy research.
Utilizes business intelligence tools to provide relevant and timely research and data to district-wide stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems quickly and collaboratively.
Conducts data analysis for the assessment of programs and program viability.
Integrates and analyzes labor market data.
Uses data analytics and visualization tools to support data-informed decision making.
Provides training and supports the College community in the use of data tools.
Conducts longitudinal student tracking for key performance indicators, equity analysis, and benchmarking.
Communicates through technical tools, reports, and presentations to inform College initiatives.
Coordinates surveys to collect information to inform policy and practice of the College.
Consistently maintains technical and research documentation as well as develops processes, procedures, and documentation strategies.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Examples: A bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of relevant full-time experience or a master’s degree and four (4) years of relevant full-time experience.
Experience in a multi-campus community college setting is preferred.
