The department of geosciences at the University of Texas Permian Basin invites applicants for a post-doctoral researcher position in geology to work on a research project lead by Dr. Sumit Verma, beginning May 1, 2021.
This position will be initially for three months and can be extended. The successful candidate must have a strong background in unconventional and conventional carbonate prospect evaluation. The applicant should be skilled in geo-modelling, Petrel, and ArcGIS.
Interested applicants must have a Ph.D. in the Geology field and an outstanding research publication record.
