EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree required, additional education recognized. Five (5) years related experience preferred. Knowledge and experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information System (ERP/SIS) system. Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems based on personal computer application. Experience developing and leading training to a wide variety of users. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with Howard College staff, customer support, and other Directors in the IT department. Ability to read computer screen; communicate effectively over phone; use computer keyboard; lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, climb, crouch, kneel or bend for long periods. Pre-employment physical exam required.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Provides technical and functional support in the areas of ERP/SIS system administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access, and training. Design, develop, tests, deploy, and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP/SIS systems. Vital to Student Success initiatives. SALARY RANGE: $48,147 - $51,925
