Position Purpose

The Lead, RMN Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives focused on our retail mediaassets. This role will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with key clients, developing customized advertising solutions, andclosing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities, identifying, qualifying and securing advertising revenue fromboth current and new clients.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and partners, serving as their primary point of contact.

  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet their needs and driveresults.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the retail media space.

  • Conduct sales presentations and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our retail media offerings and securenew business.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in retail media to identify newopportunities for revenue generation.

  • Analyze market data and sales metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-drivenrecommendations to optimize sales strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategieswith overall business objectives.

  • Provide input and feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives, helping to enhance the value proposition ofour retail media offerings.

  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide mentorship, and contribute to a culture of continuous learningand improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in media sales or account management

  • Strong understanding of the retail industry, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and advertising trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth from small to medium sized businesses some of which have never advertised with a RMN.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
