Senior Process Business Manager, Customer To Cash

The Senior Business Process Manager is responsible for supporting the Customer to Cash (C2C) organization at Thomson Reuters.

As a Senior Business Process Manager, you will identify and analyze existing processes to improve business performance and lead change management activities. You will collaborate with business partners to identify change needs, assess the impact of the change, capture, and document requirements, and then ensure those requirements are delivered effectively. This role works directly with Product Owners and Process Owners to identify and define future state and partner with Technical Analysts to advance the development and/or enhancement of systems and technologies.

About The Role:

As A Senior Business Process Manager, you will:

  • Create and own user stories and acceptance criteria to support the pipeline of improvements to SAP and other technology tools.
  • Gather and document business requirements for organizational, process, technical and informational changes.
  • Define and document both current state and future state business processes.
  • Collect information/ data regarding ineffective or inefficient processes from stakeholders and other relevant personnel.
  • Lead strategic business improvement projects, and partner and act as a SME to stakeholders in identifying and prioritizing improvement projects.
  • Develop performance metrics and use those measures to form improvement recommendations.
  • Build and maintain library of process maps and information flows.
  • Oversee all new procedures and organizational changes to ensure proper implementation.
  • Collaborate frequently with the Development Team to help design, optimize, or solve technical hurdles for a seamless deployment.
  • Escalate issues and obstacles as appropriate.
  • Coordinates with Process Excellence (PEX) team to implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in prototyping solutions to provide stakeholders a preliminary evaluation of requirements.
  • Support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for delivered enhancements and technical changes.

About You:

You are a fit for the position of Senior Business Process Manager, you will:

  • Bachelor Degree In Management Information Systems, Business, or Related Field
  • 7+ years of proven business process experience with a record of delivering results in product management, process improvement, project, and program management.
  • 5+ years experience writing business requirements and user stories.
  • 3+ years experience with SAP or other ERP applications (Oracle/Great Plains/Dynamics) preferred.
  • 2+ years of team lead experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Intellectual curiosity
  • Proven ability to lead, support and deliver on large, complex, and varied projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects and implementation plans.
  • Ability to select and use data analysis tools to identify root causes.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $112,400 - $208,800. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $102,200 - $189,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
