Our Marketing Programs Manager lives within Direct to Consumer Team (DTC) and is central to helping DTC progressively expand revenue and deepen customer relationships utilizing our third-party partnerships. Additionally, they will serve as the category expert in the field of loyalty and membership. Our newly launched My Membership Program is geared to enrich the customer experience and provide meaningful opportunities to engage with during the quiet moments in between purchases. This position will collaborate with several groups within the company including Consumer Marketing, Content/Design Team, and Merchant teams becoming an impactful part DTC's e-commerce effort.
The ideal candidate is expected to possess an understanding marketing practices along with a drive for project management. They will be the key interface with strategic third-party (3P) partners such as our Affiliate Publishers, Group Discount Partners and Financing partners. Our Marketing Programs manager will be the bridge between understanding business needs, identifying opportunities and translating this into integrated 3P marketing activations that produce a profitable return. Along with identifying and maximizing marketing partnership opportunities, this position will also be the lead in day-today operations of our My Membership Program. This includes identifying new ways to inspire customers to engage utilizing our points rewards system, implementing new redemption opportunities, driving all membership communications, and coordinating across the organization to expand our loyalty efforts beyond membership.

They should have a keen understanding of program and project management, able to juggle multiple projects at once and thrives in a nimble, agile working environment.

  • Manage and evolve program operations across our marketing partnerships, addressing changing business needs and opportunities for greater efficiencies and benefits to DTC and its customers.
  • Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure close alignment with initiative-specific goals and activations and category-wide co-marketing programs.
  • Lead cross-functional team of community marketing, customer marketing, customer support and customer experience in planning and executing My Membership program advancements through CRM, social media and inventive ways to earn/redeem.
  • Partner with analytics team to drive analytics structure and reporting for both and Marketing partnerships, working collaboratively to improve ability to track and measure KPIs and make data-driven decisions on partner priorities.
