The Princeton-Lowry Crossing Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as its next President/CEO. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the Chamber's mission to foster economic growth, support local businesses, and enhance the quality of life in the Princeton-Lowry Crossing area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business administration, non-profit management, and public relations, with a proven track record in strategic planning, community engagement, and revenue generation. As the face of the Chamber, the President/CEO will work closely with the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Chamber staff, and various community stakeholders to implement initiatives that promote economic development, community engagement, workforce development, advocate for the business community, and elevate the Chamber's profile within the region.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.

Experience:

· Minimum of two years of progressive management responsibility in business administration, non-profit organization management, sales, economic development or related field.

· Previous leadership experience with a Chamber of Commerce is preferred.

· Proven track record in special events planning/management, marketing, economic development and fundraising.

· Experience in strategic plan development and implementation, particularly within a non-profit, chamber of commerce and/or economic development organization

· Facility / commercial office management and development experience is an advantage

Skills:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Chamber Data Systems preferred.

· Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to present and persuade.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Capability to foster and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including businesses, other non-profits, community groups, and government officials.

· High integrity, strong work ethic, and approachable demeanor.

· Commitment to community involvement and engagement

Salary Information

Salary based on experience.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
