The University of Notre Dame University Operations, Events, and Safety division is currently hiring for Assistant Storekeeper, Catering (Part Time) with Three Leaf Catering by Notre Dame. The University Operations, Events, and Safety division leads the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Position Overview:
Orders, receives, and stores food products, supplies, and equipment. May assemble orders
for Catered events. Rotates stock according to dates received and maintains a safe, sanitary storage area.

Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working banquets and/or serving.
- Competent food industry skills including use of kitchen equipment such as but not limited to slicers, fryers, ovens, grills, espresso/steamer, blenders, and knives, food safety practices, understands and can respond to HACCP, and the ability to read and follow recipes. Friendly, and personable with a variety of personality types.

Special Instructions to Applicants
Must be able to complete course and obtain a servsafe certification ServSafe and Aller-Train
certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
