Contractor Development Manager - Southwest Region

We are looking for a Contractor Development Manager to help us manage the overall TrexPro network growth by increasing exposure, knowledge, and usage of core TrexPro program elements within the region. As a Trex Contractor Development Manager, you will be expected to take advantage of market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in our sales strategies. This role is a key member of our Sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Team Development:
- Spend a minimum of three days in-market training all new hires within 30 days of employment.
- Train sales team to improve prospecting capability through existing dealer network and leverage CRM to effectively lead sales calls with TrexPro contractors.
- Work with sales reps dedicated to meeting with current stocking dealers, TrexPros, TrexPro Candidates, and TrexPro conversion targets. Ensure completed activities are logged by the rep in CRM and delegate tasks in CRM for follow-up activity.
Customer Segment Business Development:
- Work with District and Regional Sales Management to identify and quantify dealer growth opportunities through TrexPro workshops with decking customers.
- Lead and measure sales team efforts to ensure the TrexPro network has fully optimized the core elements of the TrexPro program.
Financial Management:
- Effectively manage marketing funds for overall TrexPro growth.
- Effectively manage Business Development Funds (BDF) to support strategic initiatives.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for leaders with a bachelor's degree with a proven sales success track record. We want to hear from you if you have previous experience as a Sales Account Manager.
- Contractor Development Manager I: At least 3 years of related sales experience or 3 years of key account responsibility is required.
- Candidates without a degree, will be required to have at least 5 years of related sales experience or 5 years of key account responsibility.
- Contractor Development Manager II: At least 7 years of related sales experience and 5 years of key account responsibility or 3 years of successful personnel management experience is required.
- Candidates without a degree, will be required to have at least 9 years of related sales experience and 7 years of key account responsibility or 5 years of successful personnel management experience is required.
