Summary of Position

The ERP Project Coordinator is responsible for providing project control, project support and project coordination functions to ensure the ERP program successfully completes its mission to implement new HCM, Finance and Student Administration functions for the University. In this role, the ERP project coordinator will work closely with program leadership to perform various activities during each phase of the ERP implementation and is a pro-active team player, interacting with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
  • Two years of experience in related field
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • People oriented team player with focus on collaboratively accomplishing results
  • Excellent MS Office 365 suite skills with a focus on Excel, Microsoft project, Visio
  • Proficient with collaborative tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Zoom
  • Strong analytical thinking and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and process design methodologies
  • Experience preparing flowcharts, project schedules and action plans
  • Experience with file management and data retention practices
  • Experience with creating and administering textual web content

Duty/Responsibility

  • Develop project and program status reports, scorecards and KPI dashboards
  • Help prepare materials for steering committees and other project governance committees
  • Provide support for decision analysis and decision documentation
  • Design and implement project management templates, tools and processes
  • Document change orders
  • Build out and update stakeholder analysis data
  • Manage project time tracking per project and phase
  • Create and maintain document management practices
  • Maintain risks and issue logs

Duty/Responsibility

  • Coordinate and help plan specific project meeting sessions as design review sessions, kick-off meetings, campus-wide information sessions
  • Coordinate status reporting process
  • Facilitate and coordinate multi group online meetings (break out groups in Zoom etc.)
  • Help coordinate data validation and review efforts as needed
  • Help coordinate testing activities
  • Build stakeholder activity schedules based off detailed project plans
  • project staff onboarding
  • prepare internal to project newsletter updates
  • Support project managers with plan maintenance
  • Support project manager with RAID management

Duty/Responsibility

  • Document business requirements and change impacts as needed
  • Produce process flow charts for functional work streams as needed
  • Perform and/or coordinate onboarding activities for consultants and assigned staff as needed
  • Document risks, issues and decisions for program lead team and steering committee meetings
  • Participate in design review sessions to document change requests or change impacts
  • Perform data validation tasks as needed
  • Participate in select testing sessions as needed
