York County Community College (YCCC), a dynamic institution with a proud 30-year history of transforming lives and communities throughout York County, Maine, is seeking a passionate and innovative individual to join our Accounting Department as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor. This role is essential in delivering high-quality instruction, fostering analytical thinking, and preparing students for success in both academic and professional accounting careers.

The successful candidate will also contribute to ensuring that our accounting programs remain relevant and aligned with current industry standards and best practices.

 

SALARY: $1015.58 per credit hour.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

York County Community College seeks qualified individuals to serve as adjunct faculty for the following teaching assignment: Accounting I

 

Delivery Method: In-person, On Campus

 

Start/End Date: Immediate hiring need: 10/21/2024 12/14/2024,Seeking adjunct(s) for both daytime and evening courses,Ongoing teaching assignments possible.

 

Location: YCCC Wells Campus

 

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday,Both daytime and evening course times may be available

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA or MS in Accounting or related field

Available to teach on campus.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Teaching experience
