Description
Must be currently enrolled in 12+ units in the Fall/Spring semesters, and 6+ units during the summer at Saddleback College.
Student Workers (Lead Peer Mentors) are responsible for the planning and execution activities for participating mentors and mentees. Lead Peer Mentors will assist professional staff in the development of mentor meet ups, the program training materials, schedule presentations on topics such as such as time management, learning strategies, mental health, and motivation. Peer Lead Mentors will also check-in regularly with mentees and create newsletters that will be disseminated to mentors and mentees.
