The Executive Director – Student Success & College Civility reports to the Vice President of Student Success Services and coordinates the student conduct program; adjudicates student conduct cases; coordinates selection, training and scheduling for staff investigators. The Executive Director serves as the Title IX coordinating officer with responsibility for implementation of federal legislation as well as related State legislated mandates.
The Executive Director – Student Success & College Civility will be responsible for daily support of staff at the College’s Trinity Church Road location as well as staff within the Departments of Student Life & Leadership, Office of Accessibility, and Wellness. Ideal candidates have experience leading Behavioral Intervention Teams for coordinated student support. Candidates seeking this position should possess the ability to foster a collaborative work environment using good judgement, good decision making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ideal candidates should have experience with Student Conduct Management Systems (i.e. Maxient) and have experience responding to student crises and developing crisis response strategies.
This position is seated on our South Campus.

Required Education/Experience:
- BA/BS Human Services, Education, Organizational Leadership.
- 2-5 years teaching or leading adult groups in service or leadership development programs, coaching adult learners individually and in groups.
- Supervisory skills for students and support staff.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- Master’s Degree and extensive knowledge of Maxient Student Conduct System.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional soft skills. Ability to deescalate student issues. Knowledge of student-related college policies and procedures.
