SUNY Broome is seeking candidates for a full-time Organizational and College Culture Officer in Human Resources. This position reports directly to the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources and Student Finance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel, Business or related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience, including academic or administrative responsibilities, is required. Preference is given to persons with previous experience in human resources and/or Title IX in an educational setting.
One (1) year of appropriate leadership or supervisory experience is required.

The annual salary for this position, depending on experience, starts at $89,429.
Offers of employment will be conditional based upon the results of a satisfactory, required pre-employment Standard Background Check.
