JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive maintenance work order requests and correct deficiencies listed in a timely manner
• Repair plumbing issues as assigned
• Maintain all tools and other equipment that is used in the performance of duties
• Maintain required supply and equipment inventories
• Assist in making emergency repairs
• Assist in performing routine preventive maintenance
• Advise and assist the Maintenance Supervisor as needed on a day-to-day basis
• Available for overtime, if necessary
• Assist in setups on campus
• Perform other duties as assigned
