Additional Preferred Qualifications
Effective written and oral communication skills. Experience in public relations, office supervision, grant-funded programs, marketing, telecommunications or publications as specified by department. Organizational skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the general public.

Duty/Responsibility
The “face” of the Admissions Office in person and on the phone. Manages office e-mail box, online chat and manages daily phone inquiries from students/parents/staff, otherwise direct to appropriate source. Support completion of applications including entering, scanning, indexing, coding, generating decision letters and ongoing communication with students and families. Scan and index all documentation received to students’ record. Serve as initial and primary contact for prospects and applicants to the University in Manchester and provide quality and responsive constituent service on the phone, in person, and virtually. Support the completion of applications as needed including file review, annotate transcripts in Banner; for transfer student applications for all discovery and general education courses. Maintain knowledge about college and university process and policies to effectively advise applicants. Transcript data entry in Banner. Maintain contacts’ records in the CRM with updates on activity including setting up counselor appointments, event registration, campus tours, etc.
Duty/Responsibility
Manages the Student Admission Ambassadors. Responsible for hiring and management of student ambassadors including work assignments, handles disciplinary actions, makes structure recommendations to improve program, and provides supervision and training. Support implementation of student ambassador and faculty outreach and calling program including generating reports, tracking outcomes. Manages and approves student timesheets.
Duty/Responsibility
Support ongoing individual and group communication and processes from initial prospect outreach to inquiry to registration and R+30. Using the CRM to maintain and track accurate and effective communication between prospective students, applicants, and Admissions staff. Develops content for email blasts and creates reports to distribute communication. Collaborates with Marketing & Communication to verify web content and functionality within web. Supports report generation from CRM data.
Duty/Responsibility
Responsible for event logistics both in-person and remote including; reserving rooms/venues for admissions events and meetings. Coordinates accurate posting of events on web, CRM, and tracks distribution of invitations and other materials as well as event registration. Collaborate with college’s public relations program coordinator related to reserving space, event set up, promotion, and logistics. Creates events in “Organizational Calendar”. Leads effort to confirm registrant’s attendance and post event follow up.
