- 2-3 years of experience in data management, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
- Strong proficiency with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of student information systems (SIS) and familiarity with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA) is a plus.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of college data.
- Generate reports and analyze data as required by administrative staff, faculty, and college leadership.
- Uphold data security and confidentiality standards in accordance with university and college policies and regulations.
Duty/Responsibility
- Assist in data collection for institutional research, accreditation, and compliance purposes.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on database systems and data management practices.
