Essential Job Functions
Oversees the development, design, writing, production and coordination of investor relations communications documents, press releases, investor relations website and other investor materials for conferences, events and road shows.
Oversees the company's capital structure and manage relationships with the rating agencies and lending parties.
Identifies and executes opportunities to improve the company's financial position and results and create value through capital markets transactions, tax planning and similar initiatives.
Develops and maintains relationships with investment community; ensures compliance, reports on investment strategies and coordinates implementation, and presents information to investor community.
Evaluates, designs and implements policies, procedures and guidelines on information provided to investment community.
Serves as a spokesperson for the company to provide information on the company's financial and operational performance and business outlook to current and potential investors.
Coordinates quarterly earnings reporting activities, and coordinates and attends investor conferences, events and other activities.
Provides information to management and the company's board of directors regarding investor activity, stock performance and peer company comparisons.
Develops and delivers presentations to investor community and maintains current investor presentations.
Manages or performs work in some or all of the following areas: (a) cash flow monitoring and reporting; (b) hedging for interest rate, currency and commodity risk, determining counter-party risk, etc.; (c) corporate finance structure and funding (e.g., funding sources and instruments, capital structure, dividend program, investment appraisal, portfolio management, etc.); and (d) stakeholder relations related to external funding.
Provides supervision to assigned staff: includes activities such as hiring, counseling, guiding, training and delivery of disciplinary processes as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
10 years of investor relations and/or capital marketing experience.
Treasury and/or rating agency engagement experience.
Deep understanding of capital markets and finance, outstanding business acumen, and strong personal communications skills.
Prior experience working alongside marketing and communications teams to enhance public reputation.
High degree of curiosity and ability to understand complexity.
Proven ability to create and analyze financial models to measure company performance relative to analyst and investor models and to effectively position the Company among its competitors.
Understanding of financial modeling, extremely adept with financial reporting.
Solid understanding of corporate governance and "best practices" as a public company
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible work hours as needed to meet tight deadlines.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
$255,500.00 - $408,900.00/ year
