About the Role:
Responsible for the execution and maintenance of product/disease specific projects to establish prevalence or burden of disease/symptoms or health outcomes from treatment. Works closely with the Global Clinical Development, New Product Planning, Medical Directors, Field Medical and Medical Communications teams to achieve departmental and corporate strategic objectives._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Designs, develops and implements projects to assist in the creation of disease or product specific evidence to inform commercial strategy, value assessment and market access
Work closely with the development or brand team lead to be responsible for HEOR content
Collaborates with internal business partners to meet the evidence needs of external consumers
Manage vendors
Routinely develops guidelines for less experienced employees to accomplish work independently
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s)
Manages development and implementation of tactical initiatives
Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; solves moderately complex problems and identifies viable and often innovative options
Acts as advisor to less experienced colleagues to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
Assist in meeting Departmental goals
Other duties as assigned
Master's degree in Health outcomes or health economics or other related fields and 4+ years of Pharmaceutical industry experience in a HEOR role with direct research experience preferred or completion of an HEOR 2-year fellowship with a research focus OR
PhD, PharmD in Health outcomes or health economics or other related fields and 2+ years of similar experience noted above
Some managerial / functional management or lead experience preferred
Direct research expertise preferred
Strong data analytic skills. Have used large commercial claims and publicly accessible data sets as the foundation of research
Demonstrated knowledge in claims analysis, data set analysis and possible economic modeling is highly preferred
Ability to analyze and summarize data, think critically, manage projects, influence others, work in a team environment, and synthesize complex clinical and non-clinical statistical and medical information to effectively communicate medical and scientific information are required
Requires understanding of how the team / work area relates to other related areas and uses that knowledge to improve efficiency and produce high-quality work on problems with cross-functional impact
Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems/problems relating to own discipline
Frequently works cross-functionally as the representative for their area
Strong written communication skills including publication/medical writing experience is required
Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to build successful relationships with internal experts/teams and other stakeholders
Excellent presentation and highly proficient computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and SAS or other statistical programming

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $125,700.00-$182,250.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
