Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. Assist in the implementation of the Reynolds Student Success Plan, Flight Path.
  • Support the work of the Reynolds Flight Path
  • Coordinate the work of the Flight Path Incentives that includes:
  • Work with Institutional Research unit to identify eligible students and for incentives
  • Upload data to SIS and Navigate,
  • Send student communications regarding incentives eligibility and student supports,
  • Assist the Foundation office in processing payments to students,
  • Assist in assessing incentive effectiveness
  • Assist Flight Path Action Teams as well as the Communications and Data teams with implementation tasks
  • Maintain communication and collaboration across community college units and offices including records, financial aid, scholarships, business office, student support services, institutional research, grants, and marketing
  • Keep accurate notes and record-keeping of the Flight Path implementation to ensure proper documentation of the student success work
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
 

o Excellent organizational and communication skills.
o Strong computer skills.
o Strong data entry capacity.
o Excellent attention to detail.
o Ability to rapidly respond to and prioritize requests.
Good problem solver and team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Restricted position funded from the Title III grant. May be renewed for an additional year.
Education or training: High school graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
Experience: Data entry experience required.
