Looking for qualified and motivated individuals with a passion for adult learning and success. This part-time role is responsible for data management and customer service via phone, email and in person. Review, correct and enter individual student record reports. Enter assessment, attendance, and skill gain data in ASISTS. respond to general inquiry emails and phone calls, direct as needed under the guidance of the coordinator. Update section, roster, instructor, and case manager assignments in ASISTS. Attend AEPP and RAEN trainings to stay current on NYS requirements. Support instructors and case managers as assigned by the Coordinator.

Applicants should have experience in the use of Microsoft excel or similar spreadsheet software, experience with student enrollment or customer relations software, and direct customer service skills.

Degree requirements:

Master's degree required in the academic discipline or related field and teaching/ professional experience highly desirable. (Bachelor’s Degree and three years' experience in subject field may be granted as an exception to the above in certain specialized fields subject to the approval of the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs.
