The Human Resources Director is responsible for advanced HR-related leadership duties for CCH. This position is responsible for strategic planning, directing and coordinating all human resources activities, initiatives, policies and programs for CCH.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of recent advanced Human Resources experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent leadership or progressive supervisory experience required.
• Experience working for a non-profit organization, public health sector or community mental health setting preferred.
• Experience with regulatory agencies’ audits (i.e., DWIHN, HRSA, MDHHS, EEOC, etc.) highly preferred.
• HR certification (i.e. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.) highly preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
• Knowledge of HR systems and database; experience with Paycom highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
