Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain and Planning, the Sr. Manager, Master Data Management & Governance will be responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and performance measurement of master data elements crucial pSemi operations. This role requires experience in MRP/ERP systems, product lifecycle management platforms, and business solutions to ensure seamless data management across various functions.

In this role will play a key part in architecting and optimizing processes that harmonize and chaperone product, manufacturing, financial, customer, market, and key performance indicator data into multiple planning and inventory systems and is critical for pSemi's Supply Chain maturation roadmap.

The individual for this role will need to be organizationally agile while championing a digital forward, data centric culture, and collaborating horizontally across pSemi, as well as vertically from transactional levels to the Executive staff. Through partnering with business partners and subject matter experts, the individual for this role will operate with both an architect and practitioner mindset, while delivering automated, low latency, highly accurate, single source of truth process and digital solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:

• Lead and manage the Master Data Management function, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards, and metrics to measure health and progress
• Crosstrain team members to ensure redundancy and business continuity, build needed training infrastructure
• Establish Data Governance goals and drive execution towards them, by end-to-end process mapping and gap analysis, break down data silos by harmonizing data across systems, ensure proper data usage to prevent data errors and block potential misuse, improve data quality and thus stronger regulatory compliance.
• Process map end to end data flows, suggest process optimization opportunities to uplevel data management processes, streamline workflows, and improve data quality and accessibility
• Create the standards in alignment with existing data policies for governing data, as well as implementation and audit procedures that are primarily carried out by the configuration management and data stewards.
• Key driver for developing the roadmap for master data management and foundational data product BOM's and Route's in alignment with product and operational timelines
• Design data governance program that consists of governance team, a steering committee that acts as the governing body to provide guidance and requirements around data sources, consumers and lineage
• Technology Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle, Agile, Tableau, and other technology solutions to enhance data management capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholder departments, including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance and the supply partners to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Define data governance policies and procedures to control the creation, modification, and deletion of master data through an MDM tool, for the in-scope master data domain.
• Develop and document processes to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity of the master foundational data products.
• Manage Obsolescence, PLC stages, and engineering changes along with the processes and systems supporting these procedures.
• Ability to execute all transactions under the MDM responsibility
• Promote a digital forward, data culture mindset within the team and business partners
• Work independently, efficiently, and effectively under tight timelines to deliver results by critical deadlines
• Experience with high-level designs and overseeing the delivery of functional components for MD solutions

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

• Typically requires 10+ years of operations experience in a fabless semiconductor manufacturing environment depending on education level and experience, inclusive of:
  • Experience in Master Data Management, Configuration Management or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience with Oracle EBS, or other integrated top tier MRP/ERP systems
• 5+ years leading or managing teams
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and planning process across differentiated supply chain strategies and semiconductor technologies
• Experience or familiarity with Agile PLM systems
• Significant data visualization experience, preferably Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience working with cross functionally with business users and IT team members in a production support team
• Ability to work independently but also work as contributing member of team towards common objectives
• Assertive, proactive, transparent, and results oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Semiconductor industry highly desired
• High level of exposure to Oracle EBS and Tableau Visualization
• Value stream mapping experience
• ACSM or ISM certifications are highly valued
• Six Sigma training preferred

Education Requirements

• Minimum of an BS in a Business Management degree, MBA preferred
