Position Summary:
 
CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Job Description:
Provides administrative support to assigned office(s) to ensure effective and efficient daily office operations. Duties include processing individual and client registrations, accurate accounting of all monies received, maintaining records/logs to monitor confidential records, receptionist duties, handling calls and inquiries, preparing correspondence, reports, and other office support materials.

  • Prepares, processes, and inputs course registration, grades, and various other forms associated with individual and client registration.
  • Performs daily cash receipting and depositing of all monies received.
  • Creates, maintains and monitors all confidential records.
  • Maintains appropriate records and/or logs for tracking and reconciliation purposes.
  • Performs office automation work requiring the use of software applications and computer equipment. Prepares correspondence, reports, technical documents, graphs/charts, forms and other office support materials.
  • Responsible for initiating and carrying out a variety of administrative and detailed duties as assigned.
  • Responds to personal and telephone inquiries providing correct information and maximum assistance to the caller.
  • Provides general clerical support to include typing and word processing.
  • Performs other similar and related duties as required.
Job Duties:
  • Responsible for preparing and coordinating high school site schedule, high school site course registrations, end of term grading, and other forms, questions, and projects/services associated with high school site courses. (40%)
  • Maintains records, including confidential document shredding schedule and imaging documents for office operations. (30%)
  • Assists unit staff in communication with students and parents, participating in caseload assignments during registration periods. (25%)
  • Other duties as assigned. (5%)
Minimum Qualifications:
The position requires at least an Associate’s degree or two-year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours) and at least two years of prior-related work experience. The position requires at least a High School diploma or GED equivalent if substituting experience for education.
