Class Description
The Faculty Fellowship program seeks current graduate students or early career faculty who demonstrate a passion for teaching. The program is specifically interested in developing faculty committed to equity and diversity with specific awareness of mentoring, supporting, and teaching marginalized students, including African American and other student populations in higher education.
This is a two-year grant-funded position. Faculty fellows will be hired to teach one course their first semester at the Adjunct Faculty rate; two courses their second semester and four courses at the full-time faculty salary rate during their second year (both semesters). Faculty fellows will also mentor students and will participate in professional learning.
